Reflection
It was an honor to contribute to preparing educators for the future of Artificial Intelligence in education. As AI continues to transform teaching and learning, ethical leadership is becoming just as important as technical knowledge. I believe empowering teachers with both competencies is essential for creating inclusive, innovative, and responsible learning environments that prepare students for the future.
Acknowledgement
I sincerely thank the Institute of Technology, the Community Service Directorate, Wollega University, my fellow trainers, and all participating teachers for their enthusiasm and commitment. I also appreciate the university leadership for supporting initiatives that strengthen digital capacity and promote the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence in schools.
