My career has developed at the intersection of technology, education, institutional transformation, and human capacity building. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical experience to help organizations turn ideas into practical digital solutions.

From Software Engineering to Digital Transformation Leadership
Technology has always been more than a profession for me. It is a way of solvaing problems, empowering people, and creating opportunities for growth.
My career began in higher education as a Computer Science and Information Technology lecturer, where I discovered the transformative potential of technology in teaching and learning. As my experience expanded, I moved beyond the classroom into software engineering, developing web applications, mobile applications, enterprise systems, and digital learning platforms that addressed real institutional challenges.
Over the years, I have taken on leadership roles in digital learning and technology transformation, contributing to projects that support universities, government institutions, development partners, and international collaborations. These experiences have strengthened my belief that successful digital transformation is achieved not only through technology, but also through leadership, collaboration, capacity building, and continuous innovation.
Today, I continue to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to help organizations embrace technology in ways that create lasting and measurable impact.

My work has included collaboration with universities, government institutions, international development partners, technology organizations, and higher education institutions through national and internationally supported initiatives.
Selected projects include the E-Learning for Strengthening Higher Education (e-SHE) initiative and the Institutional Network for Design and Manufacturing Education & Training (INDMET) project funded through NORAD’s NORHED-II program.
Through these initiatives, I have contributed to e-learning consultancy, digital learning implementation, software engineering, LMS-related activities, capacity building, and technology-enabled education.
