Overview
I participated in a three-day Capacity Building Training Workshop on University of Applied Sciences (UAS) Curriculum Development and Curriculum Review, jointly organized by the Institutional Network for Design and Manufacturing Education and Training (INDMET) Project and the College of Engineering and Technology, Wollega University. The workshop was supported through the NORHED II Programme funded by the Government of Norway.
Workshop Highlights
The training focused on strengthening participants’ knowledge and practical skills in designing, reviewing, and improving industry-oriented curricula aligned with the University of Applied Sciences (UAS) education model.

My Participation
As a participant, I actively engaged in the training sessions, collaborative discussions, and practical exercises on curriculum development and review. The workshop enhanced my understanding of the UAS education model and strengthened my ability to contribute to curriculum modernization, digital learning initiatives, and institutional transformation at Wollega University.
The knowledge gained complements my ongoing work in instructional technology, Learning Management Systems, software engineering, and digital transformation in higher education.
